In partnership with the Tripoint Medical Center in Concord, Ohio, Zenith constructed a new 300,000 square foot, five-story building on an open land site. The project scope included 115 private patient bedrooms, 6 operating rooms, 8 imaging rooms, 2 trauma rooms, as well as support areas.
The electrical systems consist of 2 new 4000A 480/277V electrical service, 2 1500kW emergency generators capable of powering the entire hospital paralleled together via a Russelectric paralleling switchgear and an automatic transfer switch system. The building contains all life safety systems, which include fire alarm, paging, and nurse call.
