This project scope consisted of approximately 75,000 square feet of renovation and 40,000 square feet of new construction. Zenith implemented approximately 60 patient rooms and bays, 3 new operating rooms, new main entrance and lobby, new radiology rooms, and new support areas.
The most challenging part of this complex was that the 75,000 square feet of renovation was performed in approximately 40 different phases, requiring very close coordination with hospital staff. This project was originally scheduled to be completed in July 2014, but Zenith was able to complete the project 4 months ahead of schedule and under budget.
