Zenith Systems partnered with Donley’s, South Pointe Hospital, and Ohio University to perform a $4.9 million renovation of all electrical, fire alarm, and security systems on a design assist basis, and all audio video systems on a design build basis.
The project included the construction of exam simulation rooms, anatomy lab, OMM lab, preparation lab, learning labs, reading rooms, group study rooms, fitness room, student lounge, café, faculty office, and administrative areas. The project in total consisted of over 65,000 square feet of renovations and was completed in under 12 months.
